Hazem Hassanin
Hazem brings more than 30 years of experience across strategy, organisational transformation, human capital and executive leadership in Egypt and the Gulf. His experience combines corporate leadership, hands-on consulting, project management with international providers and executive education. This background informs Consulting Bay’s practical approach to helping organisations move from direction to implementation.
For clients, this brings a perspective shaped by both executive responsibility and delivery: understanding the decisions leaders face, translating recommendations into workable steps, and helping teams build the capability to carry the work forward.
